View detailsWhy Carson City Cleaning
Contractors, property managers and facility teams in the capital call us when the job is bigger than a routine clean.

Every quote begins with an on-site walkthrough and ends with a written plan and quote.
02
Supervisors check the work against the plan before the crew calls a job finished.
03
Background-checked cleaners who respect your building, your staff and your schedule.
How it works
A clear path from the first call to the final check.
01
We see the building with you and learn the timing, the access and what’s in the way.
02
Every task and area in writing, with the price for the work.
03
Evenings, weekends or early mornings, with a supervisor checking the finish.
Start with what is happening to the building. A new build or remodel heading for handover needs construction cleanup in stages. A suite between tenants needs a turnover. A warehouse or plant that never really stops needs industrial cleaning planned around its shifts.
Then look at the surfaces themselves. Yellowed or worn hard floors point to stripping and waxing. Gray, tire-marked concrete points to machine scrubbing. Dust on the joists and lights points to high dusting, hazy glass to window cleaning, and stained walks and docks to pressure washing.
Some services work best as a pair. High dusting followed by a slab scrub leaves a warehouse clean top to bottom, because the floor crew picks up whatever came down from above. A turnover combined with floor refinishing and window cleaning makes a vacant suite look newer than its age.
Outside, pressure washing and storefront glass belong together. Clean walks with dirty windows, or the other way around, still read as a building nobody is watching. The industries page shows the combinations each type of building tends to need.
Most of our work happens while buildings are quiet. Offices and agency buildings near the Capitol are usually done in the evening or on weekends. Schools and churches book around breaks and services. Warehouses and plants out by the airport and along Highway 50 East use shutdowns, weekends and the gaps between shifts.
High desert weather plays a part too. Windy stretches coat glass and walks with dust, and winter leaves grit at every entry, so exterior washing and window rounds tend to follow the seasons.
A few useful answers
Yes. Many jobs are one-time, like a construction cleanup or a suite turnover, and some turn into recurring work.
Yes. A warehouse plan might combine high dusting, slab scrubbing and dock washing in one visit.
We walk the building with you, then send a written plan with the quote.
Usually two together: high dusting to clear the structure and lights, then concrete floor scrubbing to lift what has settled into the slab.
Yes. Plenty of clients start with one project and add recurring work once they’ve seen the crew in action.
As much as you can give. Early notice leaves room for the walkthrough, the written plan and the right crew and equipment for your window.
